Accounts and Office Administrator

Location: LAMPS Long Crendon

Contract Type: Part time (09:00 - 15:30)

Overview

LAMPS are looking for an account and office administrator to cover another whilst they are on maternity leave. The role will be Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 15:30

Responsibilities

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Input and control of all financial accounting records.
  • Full credit control function including.
  • Full purchase ledger function.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Dealing with post and incoming calls.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Qualifications

Essential Knowledge Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record within an accounts environment.
  • Proven administrative track record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Competency using basic computerised accounting systems.
  • Competency using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software.
