Aico has updated its returns policy
Due to procedures set in place by Aico regarding faulty products, you must obtain a technical case number before returning anything back to us. This means when a faulty alarm is detected on site, firstly you must run through the dedicated section in the instructions labelled ‘Troubleshooting and Indicator Summary’ which resolves most issues. If this fails you must call Aico’s technical department before removing the fitting. No credits will be issued to alarms that are returned without a technical case number.
