Unlike a standard one-piece finished downlight, AFD75 is designed to work with separately selected bezels. That means this page should not treat the bezel as an afterthought. It is a required part of the buying journey. Customers should choose the downlight body and then select the correct bezel style and finish before adding the product to basket. This is the strongest front-end structure for AFD75 because the system is built around one can with interchangeable visible trims. It reduces duplication across the catalogue and gives a more logical buying path than sending customers to separate near-identical bezel pages before they understand the core downlight body. Available bezel styles and finishes The iCan75 bezel system is built around three bezel types. The Fixed bezel is the standard trim option for general recessed downlighting where beam direction does not need to be adjusted. The Adjustable bezel adds up to 30 degrees of tilt and is better suited to feature-led or task-led ceiling layouts where the lamp needs aiming flexibility. The IP65 bezel is the protected front option used where the finished downlight requires that higher front ingress protection. Each of these three bezel styles is available in the same three finish options. Customers can choose Polar White for a clean and understated ceiling finish, Polished Chrome for a brighter and more decorative metallic edge, or Satin Nickel for a softer metallic appearance that sits between the two. This means the full choice set on the page should be presented clearly as Fixed in Polar White, Polished Chrome or Satin Nickel, Adjustable in Polar White, Polished Chrome or Satin Nickel, and IP65 in Polar White, Polished Chrome or Satin Nickel. Presenting the AFD75 page this way makes it much harder for a customer to buy the body without a bezel by mistake. It also creates a better buying journey because the customer is choosing the finished downlight they want rather than trying to work out the system structure across several disconnected pages. Core verified downlight specification ALL LED describes AFD75 as a GU10 fire-rated downlight with a low-profile twist-lock bezel system, loop-in loop-out quick connect push terminals and an open vent design to improve lamp life. The fitting uses a 75mm cut-out and requires a minimum 180mm void. Supply is 220 to 240V AC. The main datasheet states a maximum 10W LED lamp rating, reduced to 7W LED maximum when the fitting is used with an IP65 bezel. The fitting is also intended for use with compatible AFD75 bezel accessories, converter plates, plaster-in kits and insulation cover accessories within the iCan75 family. Fire performance and compliance Fire performance is a key reason to choose AFD75. ALL LED states that the fitting is rated for 30, 60 and 90 minute timber joists and for 30 minute Staircraft i-Joist and 30 minute metal web joist applications. The range is also described as compliant with Part B for fire, Part C for moisture, Part E for acoustic performance and Part L for air leakage. The fitting is also described as acoustic rated. These points position AFD75 as a serious recessed ceiling fitting rather than a simple GU10 holder with limited ceiling performance credentials. Why the system approach works well The real strength of AFD75 is that one core body can be used across several finished downlight outcomes. A customer can choose a Fixed Polar White trim for a clean general ceiling look, an Adjustable Satin Nickel trim for a more feature-led interior, or an IP65 Polished Chrome trim where a more decorative protected front is needed. The core body stays the same. The final downlight is tailored through bezel style and finish. That is a more efficient system for both stockholding and customer choice. It also makes the page easier to understand from a buying perspective. Rather than forcing customers to browse nine separate bezel pages and one can page without context, the AFD75 page can bring the whole decision together in one place and then add the selected can and bezel combination to basket as a complete purchase path. A better public product page for the iCan75 system AFD75 works best as one main public-facing product page with required bezel selection built into the page options. The core downlight body remains a separate stock item on the back end and each bezel remains its own stock item for inventory and replacement purposes, but the front-end customer journey should clearly guide the purchase towards one body and one chosen bezel. That is the cleanest structure for the iCan75 range and the strongest commercial presentation of the product. No data sheets or downloads available for this product. Loading delivery information...
