A clean Pure White face for pale exteriors

The Pure White NRG Charge Velox front fascia is intended for customers who want the charger to sit more quietly against white render, light cladding or pale external joinery. It replaces the visible Black front with a brighter neutral finish while retaining the compact shape of the Velox enclosure.

Only the colour and appearance change. The installed charger's 7kW or 22kW rating, standard or 4G connectivity and Type 2 socket are properties of the main electrical unit, not the fascia.

Why choose Pure White?

A dark wallbox can become a strong feature on a light elevation. Pure White reduces that contrast and can coordinate with doors, soffits, garage walls and painted details already used around the property. It is also a practical option for bright indoor parking areas where the charger is intended to look integrated rather than decorative.

White finishes show shadows, reflections and surface marks differently from darker colours. Check the dedicated NRG imagery rather than relying on a generic colour swatch, and make sure `NRG-FASC-PW` is the selected item when ordering.

What this product includes

The product consists of one Pure White exterior fascia. It excludes the charger backbox, electronic module, display hardware, Type 2 outlet, charging lead, RFID fobs and all grid or solar current sensors. The complete Black Velox charger is a separate product.

This clear separation allows the cover to have its own SKU, stock and image without creating another electrical charger model. Product titles, checkout lines and delivery paperwork should retain the words `Front Fascia` so the package is understood correctly.

Match the cover to the hardware revision

The current launch family comprises two 7kW single-phase chargers and two 22kW three-phase chargers. Although their documented dimensions and modular construction are shared, use NRG's final accessory matrix to establish which revisions accept this cover.

Do not fit the fascia to another brand or assume compatibility from dimensions alone. Where an existing front has suffered an impact, inspect the condition of the socket opening, main body and wall mounting before deciding that only a cosmetic component is needed.

Fitting belongs within the manufacturer instructions

The front fascia is the outer element of the Velox backbox/body/cover structure. Removal and installation should follow the current NRG sequence, including any requirement to isolate or place the charger into a safe condition first. The front opening and retaining points should align without forcing the cover.

A fascia change is not permission to open the sealed charger or access fixed wiring. If the unit shows an error, feels loose or has signs of water or impact damage, stop and obtain suitable support.

Keeping Pure White presentable

Follow NRG's permitted cleaning method and use non-abrasive materials around the visible face. Solvents, scouring products and painted touch-ups can alter the surface or printed areas and may make future inspection more difficult.

On a roadside or frequently used bay, occasional gentle cleaning may help prevent traffic film and handling marks becoming established. Care should remain limited to the exterior cover; electrical maintenance is a separate task.
