Home charging choices
Sync Energy Link and the socketed Wall Charger 2 provide untethered Type 2 charging for drivers who want to choose and store their cable. For a tethered Wall Charger 2, confirm the supplied cable length and full model code for the selected listing before planning the cable route. All charger selection should begin with the supply, parking position, cable route and required smart functions.
Commercial charging and load management
The Sync Energy Pro Charger twin wall-mounted unit can serve two charging positions in a suitable design. The wider range includes charger stands, EV consumer units, single- and three-phase load-balancing kits and Type 2 charging cable. Treat these as parts of one engineered installation rather than interchangeable add-ons.
- Choose socketed or tethered charging around daily use and cable storage.
- Check single-phase or three-phase requirements with the installer.
- Plan load balancing, protection and mounting before ordering.
- Use the current product pages; retired 11kW and payment-terminal variants are no longer listed.

Charger or supporting equipment?
The product grid also includes cables, mounting hardware and electrical equipment. Start with the charger and exact configuration, then have the installer specify the compatible supporting items. For the Link, check surface or recessed mounting, connectivity and the space needed for the separate control box as well as the outlet.
