Socketed charging with cable flexibility

VEC01-N is the 7.4kW untethered model in the 2026 vecGO 2.0 family. Its universal socket can be used with the appropriate Mode 3 cable for the vehicle, while the cable can be removed from the wall between sessions.

App, RFID and smart control

Use plug-and-charge operation, the evec app or either of the two supplied RFID cards. Wi-Fi supports app scheduling and monitoring, while OCPP 1.6J provides integration with compatible charge-management services.

Solar and load management

Solar ECO mode supports charging around surplus generation when the system is correctly measured and commissioned. Dynamic home load management is supported with compatible CT equipment. The manufacturer lists the CT clamp as an optional add-on, so it must not be described as included.

Protection and installation

The charger includes AC 30mA/DC 6mA residual-current protection, O-PEN protection and monitoring for current, voltage and temperature conditions. A qualified installer remains responsible for the dedicated supply, isolation, cable sizing, upstream protection and final commissioning.

Enclosure, finish and support

The 225 x 270 x 103mm enclosure is IP55 and IK10 rated. Shadow Black is standard; separately sold covers provide other finishes. Cover work should follow evec's qualified-installer guidance. The standard manufacturer warranty is three years.

No. evec lists the CT clamp as optional equipment for advanced monitoring and dynamic load management.
